All the staff members were kind to my mom and receptive to her needs and did a professional job her first time here. Would recommend to anyone. Not sure why they're getting bad reviews.

I have been searching near and far for a new dentist as I haven't been in YEARS. Well, today was my lucky day today thanks to American Mobile Dental in Norwich, NY! They were able to get me in same day (today) due to a cancelation and they were able to give me my smile back! I am super impressed with the work that was done for me today. Yes, it may have only been a cleaning and xrays to develop my treatment plan- but, it gave me my smile back! I have been so self conscious about my teeth for a while and now I can smile and be happy about it! Thank you to the staff at American Mobile Dental! Absolutely terrible place I hardly ever leave reviews but this place needs to be held accountable for the poor communication and lack. I can never get ahold of someone over the phone and live 30 mins away but have to stop in if I ever want to get anything resolved they double booked me for two different days for a cleaning and I’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes with still no answer, I get it once and a while but this is how it is every time I try to reach out via phone. They need to get more staff in there to answer the phones and stop leaving all the staff so short staffed.if I had the choice to go somewhere else I 1000% would just due to the not being able to reach...read full review
