Nice people, but there were multiple mistakes. Two of the mistakes were with the death certificates. When we pointed it out, we had to attempt to pull the originals back so they could be brought back to the clerk, or we would have been charged for them. When I found the second mistake on the certificates I didn't even bother to contact them again. The mistakes weren't ours so I'm not sure why we had to go through the trouble, or would have had to pay for them.
Brian & Kari are top notch from the very beginning of "the process" to the very end. They go above and beyond in so many ways. I highly recommend the Northville Funeral Home.
Brian and staff at Northville Funeral home were OUTSTANDING in their care and concern for my family. My father in law died and we needed someone who would not only perform the usual services, but we needed someone who would come up with helpful ideas. Brian responded to our needs above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Northville Funeral services!!!
