“My request for a first-time appointment was approved. Twenty minutes later, I was greeted by Donna, who I later found out is the owner. Donna immediately proceeded to give me one of the best powder dip manicures ever. While she worked on my hands, I noted the rapport between other clients and nail techs, and it echoed positive vibes.
