Overall, very nice store. I was very disappointed though when I went in, after sitting on my glasses, to ask if they could properly readjust them for me. I was advised there would be a $20 charge since I was not a client. For a 2 minute adjustment I took them back and left. They lost a potential customer as I was looking for a new optometrist. Update. The repair took all of 2 minutes by a competitor at no charge.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mar and Dr. Tan for a long time (from back when they worked in Massapequa.) They are now the eye doctors for myself, my wife, and my son. The doctors are both excellent, and the staff are all great. I look forward to my visit every year so we can catch up on the goings on from the previous year, as they have become more like friends due to their caring personalities. You would have to look long and hard to fine better eye care than you can find at Northport Eye Care.

Northport Eye Care is top notch!! I would give more than 5 stars if possible. We had an upcoming cruise and my glasses were breaking. I made an appt within a day, ordered glasses, and they shipped them to my hotel in Fla just in time for our cruise. They went out of their way to send me my new glasses. I’m so thankful for Drs Mar and Tan and the office personnel. All were so welcoming and accommodating. They will be my go to eye care for a long time!
