David and Vickie were a pleasure to work with! It is our first time buying a home and David was so thorough and diligent during our inspection. He is an expert at what he does and it shows. He came highly recommended and we are so happy we went with him. He took his time going through the entire house and also caught things that weren't noted in an inspection that was done a year prior. I would highly recommend him if you need an very meticulous and thorough inspector. Vickie was so communicative throughout the whole process as well and they were just a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I have to echo what Colleen H said in her review - go with Gibb if you're looking to find out everything possible about your new home! David is a highly skilled professional who pays attentions to detail and misses nothing. His office was extremely accommodating in terms of scheduling and we got our report the day after the inspection. Our very seasoned attorney told us he'd never seen such a thorough inspection report. We couldn't be happier that we were referred to Gibb and will certainly do the same. Absolutely excellent across the board!
