I started going to Park Avenue physical therapy. they were able to help me figure out exactly what the problem was with my knee. The IT ban was causing all the problems. After figuring that out they gave me certain stretches and strengthening exercises, and after not being able to walk after only three weeks of physical therapy I was walking again I have to say a big thanks to Aaron and Chris. if you need PT this place that gives you the personalized touch“
