Needed winterization for my Class B RV.Called several dealerships. Some did not even returned my call. One returned my call only to tell me they couldn't get me in till Dec 1st. Wow.Found WNY RV Doctor via internet and called. The next day Shawn was at my house and winterized my RV. His price was also cheaper than the dealer.Shawn was very personable and provided me with some knowledge and advise as I'm fairly new at this.Highly recommended.

We were on a cross country trip from Arizona and were staying at the KOA in grand island, New York when our overhead bed decided to stop working. It was stuck in the down position which resulted in us being unable to leave the campsite. We contacted several rv services who were unable to help. They all recommended getting it towed to a repair shop. After searching google we found WNY RV Doctor! He was fully booked but after hearing our situation, he found time to help. After several hours of troubleshooting and loosing hope, he was able to fix the issue for us. He was willing to work with us every step of the way ! Highly recommend !

I had a piece of trim fall off of my slide a day before we were headed for a 14-hour trip. I was beside myself and unsure if this meant we had to postpone our trip. I googled RV repair, and Shaun's place came up... he answered my call and was here in a matter of no time, addressing the issue right here in my own driveway.
