I lived in North Syracuse for over 20 years and now live in VA. We were traveling north on 8/21 for a funeral of a family member. My grandsons sport coat needed dry cleaning. I called while we were driving to see if we could be helped. The staff at the cleaners were extremely accommodating and asked us to be there a little before 9 am the next day. When we arrived the staff was waiting for us & we had the jacket back that afternoon. We are forever grateful for the kindness shown to us and the expert service.

Dealing with an employee such as Shay is the reason, I am a customer at Alexander's Cleaning. After a overcharge situation, which I did not catch, our next order was credited. When I came in today, Shay explained the situation and how it was resolved, I truly appreciate her follow thru and integrity.

This place is great. I had a North Face jacket w 2 broken zippers. Otherwise is was is great condition. I went to 3 other places and was told it can’t be fixed and to “just replace the whole jacket”. I’m sorry but North Face jackets aren’t cheap. Found this place, dry cleaned and 2 new zippers for less than $60. Thank you so much. Village Cleaners rocks!!!!!
