Quite a family feel to this place, everyone seems to get along, they joke with each other and patients, and they just seem happy to be at work. Handled my issue smoothly and listened to my concerns when I felt no one else would.

Dr Taylor at the Chittenango location is knowledgeable, responsive, has a very nice rapport & listens to the patient. The receptionist is equally as helpful & pleasant. The office is only open 2 days a week and needs an update & better cleaning crew. However, despite those factors, I highly recommend the office because the doctor is really top notch!!

They do a complete and thermal job of cunning your toenails. They first clean and disinfect the area that they are going to cut your nails on . They place a germ-free paper towel underneath your feet and then go to work. The doctor comes in and clips your nails quite quickly. He then sands down your nails to remove the sharp edges and sands the back of your feet if they are rough.
