My son was finally smiling after his haircut. They were so welcoming when we got there, like we were old friends. And they really took the time to listen to how this 13 year old wanted his full head of curls cut (not short!) and took their time doing it and showing him different angles multiple times. I booked about a year and change out and leading up to the wedding Shaniqua provided by day of coordinator and myself a thorough timeline and was very patient with any changes we needed to make. Day of Shaniqua and her assistant arrived with ample time to set up and start promptly. Even with some delays they managed to get everyone done early!
