I have a small restaurant, and whenever a piece of refrigeration acts up they are always there to make it right. If they ever have to come back (only once) they don't charge for the same issue. Been through way too many contractors to know these people are always the first call.
I rented a U-Haul truck and the back was never swept out by the last user. The guy in the shop was really helpful when the system was refusing to work.
