John and his excellent team were outstanding in helping me to safely resolve a recent electrical problem that was potentially dangerous. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, compassionate and thorough in their involvement with both me and the National Grid team. I'm profoundly grateful for their quick responses, their professionalism and their dedication to helping me navigate through the crisis situation. We bought a generator and had it installed by Gore Electric. The first generator was useless which was not John’s fault. He worked on it for days and it just never panned out so we got a bigger one. From him and it has been great great service to.

Quick story, my landlord refused to pay to upgrade our electricity. We had a home inspection and the house would not pass for us to get a mortgage on. Well I guess she wasn't happy about that. So middle of August 2021 fuse box from the earliest days finally went. National grid came out and deemed house electric unsafe and out of code. So the pulled our meter. 5 kids, pregnant wife.
