“This was my second time going to LuMonta Salon to get my hair trimmed. The location is conveniently located near Rochester and there is plenty of parking. The salon itself is always decorated with seasonal items and is very clean and modern. They even have a fully stocked coffee and snack bar available for all customers. I really appreciated a hot coffee after my hair cut. The staff are all incredibly nice and you can tell they've worked together for a long time because they have a good camaraderie and easy flowing conversation. They are also very efficient. My sister and I wanted a quick trim, without a lot of product, and they were able to accommodate that with a quick wash and simple styling. My sister had also gotten an ombré highlight there before and it came out beautiful! Really well done considering we have tricky hair for dying (thin). Overall, I definitely recommend LuMonta for any hair cut/styling needs! It is good quality, with a great atmosphere, and very reasonably priced. Will be back again.“

She helped us get finished (she was in the middle of pedi) and got us out quickly. We will reschedule as soon as my daughter is better. She ended up in the hospital for many days. “I've been going to Metro since they were on Gibbs St. I originally went because I have curly hair and had been all over town looking for someone who knew about curly hair. Not so easy. Stefania (Metro owner) was the only stylist I could find that was able to help. That was many years ago. The new place on University is beautifully appointed and the service is always wonderful. Stefania and her crew bend over backwards to please. After the winter lockdown of 2020 my roots grew in so much I decided to 'just embrace the gray'. My hair is not a pretty shade of gray however. Stefania now adds just the right amount of color to make it attractive. I'm very happy with it. Before Metro I had been all over town looking for someone who could 'do it right'. Once I found Metro, I never had to go anywhere else. I highly recommend giving them a try.“

“I absolutely love Nelena Nails they always did such a good job, but over time they started increasing their prices very heavily and started charging more for a little bit of a longer ish length and more so I had to stop going :(“
