I was referred by CGHS I called a little panicked about getting my 105lb completely petrified of the vet American Bulldog an appointment to screen for possible cancer , Pam the receptionist was amazing & very patient with me she actually listened to what I was saying , Pam set up my appointment made all the special arrangements happen that are needed for my big baby to see the Vet .So Thank you Pam . Dr. Stephani was also amazing direct to the point answered all my questions & the ones I forgot to ask . Kudos to all 3 techs that also helped I didn't get all your names but Thank you from myself & Gypsy this was no doubt the most calm easiest appointment we've ever had...read full review
Dr. Holly and the staff are always friendly. Dr. Holly takes the time to explain everything to make sure you understand before you walk out the door. Bleu and Luke love going there.
I brought my 4 month pup to get set up in the practice and her inoculations. The wait time was reasonable and the staff as usually were efficient and friendly. Due to an expected snowstorm my next week appointment for a litter of pups to get a health check had to be changed and my favorite veterinary was not available. During this appointment I was able to get the appointment changed to a more convenient date and time with the veterinary of my choice.
