Much to our surprise, after the snow melt last spring, we learned that we had a water leak in our basement.
I being the germ freak that i am, immediately had my husband call and set up an appointment for a walk through.
The team at Certified were very punctual and worked around our hectic schedules. They insured me it was not an issue, dried and sanitized the basement.
I would recommend these guys to anyone.
Thanks again.

Certified responded quickly to my water emergency. They respectfully and carefully helped me go through my things. They documented everything thoroughly and even returned quickly when I decided to part with things I couldn’t on the first pass through. Very professional.
Jared was wonderful to work with! He provided great customer service, explained the entire floor drying process, put my mind at ease, and handled everything with my insurance company. Highly recommend!
