WARNING: This firm will leave you hanging on simple questions, over promise and under deliver. Tax payments couldn’t even be applied appropriately with provided account information leaving us to find out our tax bill wasn’t paid on time and incurred penalties and interest! We were overcharged by double versus what was discussed (after reviewing prior 3 years of returns) and not much was explained about our tax situation and overall no real effort to help us understand and minimize our taxes for the current year.
