A Step Above Stair Builders LLC

Bob came to my house to measure my basement stairs(I had none) and was extremely knowledgeable, on time and professional. Stairs arrived in the time frame I was looking and fit perfect.

One of the most honest and reputable companies.Bob the owner is professional and very knowledgeable. He stopped by the day the job was being done and has come by a few times when we had questions before they started the job. His receptionist Ingrid represents his company extremely well. She is very pleasant and helpful. We had to reschedule a number of times and she was so understanding, saying your health is what matters.Taresh our installer was very knowledgeable, his work was beautiful and he was a pleasure to work with.He knows exactly what he is doing. Our job was done to perfection. No reason to look further for another company. They are truly the best!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Incredible customer service! We had them install our wood railing about 28 years ago. They did a great job and the quality of the product was excellent. After all this time, my dog fell into spindle and it cracked. Bob the owner came over, brought it back to his shop, repaired the spindle, reinstalled it and refused to charge me. I would definitely recommend them.
