This was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had (Top 5). Fast, efficient, and extremely professional. From the moment they arrived for the estimate (Bob) to the office (Ingrid) to the full completion of the job by Taresh and Billy. These guys were highly skilled, professional and had great communication skills. Taresh knew exactly what he was doing and delivered a terrific product and exceeded all expectations in every way. Definitely use these guys! WOW!

Bob is genuinely a caring person. He saw I had no railings in my house and he couldn't have acted fast enough to get me out of a dangerous living situation. He was more concerned than I was.Very professional, friendly, and trustworthy staff.Thank you Bob!!!I will highly recommend A Step Above Stairs Builders LLC!!

Easy to work with. From my 1st call I met Ingred. She assured me." All we do is stairs" then came Bob measure & make sure everything is done by code.and wants to hear what his customer wants, Bob (the Boss) gave me a run down how they operate. and just as he said the crew of Trish. and his helper came in at 9am did a clean professional Job. Within 8hr. the job was Done. And we love the new banister's I recommend A Step above 100%. don't be fooled.Don't know how to share picture.
