About WellNow Urgent Care
WellNow Urgent Care in Niagara Falls provides quick and quality medical attention for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. Open seven days a week, the facility accepts most insurance and offers online check-in or walk-in appointments for convenience. Patients have reported exceptional service, praising the staff for their compassion, thoroughness, and efficiency. The medical professionals, including PAs and NPs, have been described as amazing, understanding, and caring. They take the time to listen and address patients' concerns, often going above and beyond to ensure they receive the necessary treatment. The staff is always welcoming, and patients appreciate the smiles and kind assistance during the registration process. However, some patients have noted that the company's policy of requiring pre-registration can be inconvenient, especially for those with visual impairments. While WellNow Urgent Care is praised for addressing common issues like colds and sprains, some patients have experienced severe pain that required further treatment at the emergency room, suggesting that the facility may need to expand its capabilities for more complex medical needs.

The staff is always welcoming no
