The NP Clark was professional/understanding at her job but very unprofessional conduct wise. You cannot make assumptions about your patients without proof. If you do not have sufficient proof then any false comments based on some assumptions or someone’s looks alone is slanderous, and it constitutes harassment. She could not have waited until I was out the door to make her rude comment. The newer receptionists were professional.

Understaffed but great. Don't rely them on anything timely from the back office i.e. have a back up primary care just in case but otherwise, Summit are a much needed and under appreciated community resource.

Dr. Mustafa is a great guy and rare diamond in the rough among docs

Chuck and Tony were a pleasure to work with! I tore my ACL and went to Summit for my physical therapy after my surgery. Chuck was very thorough explaining the rehab process and extremely helpful during my treatment sessions. I worked with Tony during the ‘bridge program’ as I still wanted to particle in moderate to vigorous physical activity. Tony did a great job challenging me to get to a level that I wanted to be at. My knee feels back to 100% and I’m very thankful for Chuck and Tony!
