In a dire situation that arose while rebuilding a restaurant’s walk in cooler, I was given Reanna’s phone number and told she could help with the terrible mold that was behind the walls from a bad leak we had discovered. This Servpro location treats you like family. I spoke with their marketing representative Reanna Richner about getting all of my air ducts cleaned before turning my furnace on for the cold season. Reanna helped me understand why it was important to get my ducts cleaned routinely, especially because I have pets. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get a detailed quote. I was so surprised and pleased with the fantastic price I was quoted I booked right away to get every duct and vent cleaned in my home. The crew of guys that showed up were on time, respectful of my home and dog, were very pleasant to speak with, and not only did a wonderful job, but made sure they didn’t leave any mess while working! It’s a dirty job so I really respect their professionalism. They included a cleaning solution for my ducts that kills germs, microbes, and even leaves a fresh citrus smell that is not overpowering!
