Frank is terrific. My AC unit is older and he came out to recharge and inspect my system within a day when I called. He did same last year. He is polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had some questions about my baseboard heating that he took a look at and educated me on. He also noticed my hot water heater had a concern I was not even aware, that is just an easy fix I can do! We were referred to Frank Congi, owner of Niagara Heating and Cooling to replace our air conditioning unit which was only 5 1/2 years old and improperly installed by a previous company. Contacting Frank has proven to be one of the best choices we have ever made! Frank is knowledgeable, dependable, efficient, and goes above and beyond just installing his products at a cost thousands of dollars less than our lowest estimates!! In addition to replacing our air conditioning system, he actually took it upon himself to register the unit and to pay to have the appropriate cover sent to us. I find his business ethic as amazing and would absolutely recommend having Niagara Heating and Cooling as your choice to handle any of your heating and cooling needs.
