I had called for an estimate and Scott returned my call immediately. Within a few days Scott came out spend quite a while looking for different options and gave me a very fair price. He explained everything to me in detail. I was very impressed with his professionalism and did not feel pressured at all.
I have had problems with sun and water wear on my windows and doors due to east to west sun movement and rain patterns.
I decided to install several awnings including front door and side windows. I first called several vendors and online suppliers of metal awnings. This lead to a great deal of anxiety. I called Niagara Awning and spoke to Scott. He arrived on time and walked me through the products and there construction.

Niagara awning did an amazing job. The guys were very thorough and the attention to detail in putting the awning together as well as all the repair work shows the pride they take in what they do. Thank you to Scott and the two gentlemen who worked so hard on it!
