As a daughter of a pipe fitter ..master plumber and union member of the local 129 years back.. I witnessed a wealth of knowledge and prestige work.. This company reflects age old ethics .. prompt as scheduled .. Always in dress code .. prepared for anything that awaits them .. with a fully stocked truck .. They are respectful of private residents .. and property. Will educate the customer with a full description of the non working parts And what needs to be done to the complete understanding of a lay person.. The intake calls are taken promptly and with a firm detail of what will occur for scheduling .. My beloved father was a journeyman plumber to a master plumber .. from Brooklyn.. to Chicago to Anchorage Alaska .. as Business Agent .. Lastly to Niagara Falls.. as a member of then the local 129.. And Union Stewart .. before retiring .. He would be proud of JR Plumbing and be happy that he influenced me enough to know quality local community company of excellence.
