Dr. Devantier is truly amazing. Best dentist anyone could ever ask for, and I'm a total baby when it comes to my teeth! She's very very professional and obviously knows her stuff, but on a personal note she's also very kind, caring, and empathic. I'd recommend her to ANYONE. I used to work in Niagara Falls and would go to her right after work; it would take me only 5 minutes to get to her office. Then 20 years ago I went to work in Amherst (and moved there too), and now it takes me almost 30 minutes to get to her office - but she's so worth it! I'd drive an hour to go to her.
I was a patient of my previous dentist's practice for over 30 years. When he retired he sold that practice to a local practice with multiple locations. The care they provided did not meet my expectations. I found Dr Vaughn at Dental Care Associates through a recommendation on a social media page for my local community. The facility is very modern and clean. Social distancing and hygiene procedures are in place. The staff is friendly and attentive. I was taken back to an exam room promptly at my appointment time. I was initially seen by a dental assistant who asked me questions pertaining to my current issue and took an X-ray. A few minutes later Dr. Vaughn came in and introduced herself. She discussed my issue clearly and then addressed the matter. I found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Her demeanor put me at ease. I was comfortable through out the process. I have a follow up appointment and cleaning booked. I would recommend Dr. Vaughn to those looking for a dentist. My wife who has a phobia about going to the dentist will be moving to Dr. Vaughn too in the near future and I feel that she too will be comfortable there.
So as I venture out on my lovely Tri Care Prime Remote journey, in this land of the lost, this land without Soldiers.... I find myself being "Red" for dental. Just some background here: The Army tracks closely your medical readiness. Part of that is dental. Without going into all the different categories, just know that in a perfect world, ZERO dental issues, you have to get a full check up, cleaning and X-Rays once yearly. So that's what I was in for. The facility is nice. The hours are great. The staff is amazing! Loooooved my dental hygienist. She was a lot of fun. And did a great job. And call me a s****** but I can never hear enough how perfect my teeth are. Now maybe not perfectly white like the teeth in a cigarette advertisement... but I mean, when I dentist digs around in your mouth and compliments more than once how amazing your teeth are, it makes a fella feel nice. 36 years on earth. No cavities, fillings, braces, Bridges, root canals, caps, grills, fronts, backs whatever... perfection. And now that I have found this great dentist and I'm still on the Army's duke, my teeth will stay great!
