I would like to thank Capitol Cleaners for being so kind to me and my family. My father used Capitol Cleaners weekly because he was 89 years old and was not able to do his own laundry. My Father passed away on November 5, 2019. I called Capitol Cleaners to get the final bill I what he owed. He owed $36.00 on his last bill. When I told the owner that my father passed away, he said not to worry about the bill. I will never go to another laundry mat/ dry cleaner other than Capitol Cleaners. When our Daughter and her Fiancee decided to marry in Niagara Falls, NY rather than their home town of Missouri, just one more challenge to the plan was how to transport all of the dresses. We planned to arrive the day before the Wedding and the majority of the people, flying, After checking I found a lot of cleaners in the NF's area did not handle bridal gowns. I contacted Capitol Cleaners and told them what was needed. They said I could expect a call from VP, Russ Petrozzi. Russ contacted me within the hour. Russ immediately put my mind at ease. He suggested shipping three dresses and the bridal gown (which isn't a simple dress) to him, he would get them ready (place them in his safe) and even offered to drop them by the place we were staying as they close at 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays the day of our arrival and we weren't 100% sure we would make it by closing, We arrived at the cleaners a little after 2:00 p.m. and when pulling into the parking lot my cell phone was ringing, it was Russ, checking to see how our travels are going. I told him we are in the parking lot and went inside. Russ came around the corner, just as pleasant meeting in person as he was on the phone. Russ is an awesome guy with the knowledge on how to run a successful business, The girl's behind the front counter are fantastic as well, the dresses turned out beautifully. We even sent my Husbands suit, it couldn't have looked better, The price he charged for all of this was very affordable, Russ definitely didn't "take us to the cleaners" with pricing! If you ever find yourself in need of an excellent dry cleaner while in the NF area or fortunate enough to live there, do not hesitate to use Capitol Cleaners. Russ and his staff went over and above to provide us the best customer service possible. Now days in any service industry that seems tough to find. I highly recommend them.
