Zirka Place is a professional salon in a great location. The staff are absolute angels and provide top-tier service. They offer free consultations before appointments, which are worth it to save time, energy, and money. The salon has a cool and clean space. The stylists, including Slava and Irina, are highly recommended for their professionalism and dedicated service. They take the time to understand what clients want and perfect their haircuts. Clients have had great experiences with haircuts, including curly haircuts and color corrections. The staff are warm and make clients feel comfortable. Overall, Zirka Place is worth the price for its excellent service and skilled stylists.
Valeriia Dits is the elite level hair color expert in Manhattan. Hands down. Highly recommend a prior consult with her. The salon offers it free of charge before your color apt. You will get a real education session not some sales talk. It is totally worth it because you will save yourself so much time, energy, and money by not making any future hair mistakes!! Bonus point - if you are of an Eastern European descent, Valeriia knows our hair type and will do wonders if you need to color correct gently. Had a haircut from Slava for the first time and was very happy with the cut. He asked detailed questions on what I wanted to do with my hair and took his time to perfect the haircut.
Today was my first time at this salon, and I got a haircut with Irуna. I honestly loved everything — her approach, the vibe, and the final result. I’ve tried so many places in New York, and for the first time I truly feel like I’ve found my stylist.
The service is top-tier (which is a rare find in NYC), and Iryna’s energy is so warm and grounding — you instantly feel comfortable in her chair.
