Scheduled an appointment (annoying experience, had to get a PCP referral, had to manually schedule over the phone) -- would prefer to just book online. 20 mins before my appointment I get an automated email saying the appointment has been canceled. Nobody reached out to explain why. I asked them if it had been canceled and they say yes and just asked me to reschedule.

I am 75 and went to Zion PT bent forward at the hips, waist, shoulders and head from osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I needed facilitated stretching first of all and then strengthening of the core at a later time, after my posture was better. The therapist started me with core strengthening immediately. I got tighter and tighter! And what's with asking me about my life as I'm tightening. I want to talk only about pain-related issues, not about how my day went.

Amber who worked with us to schedule and meet our situation's needs was absolutely the most helpful, accommodating, and amazingly bright part in the process of finding a physical therapist. Simply excellent.
