I noticed a damp patch forming on my living room ceiling, which immediately made me panic. I called this plumber to investigate, and he showed up with a calm and reassuring attitude. He thoroughly inspected the ceiling and traced the leak back to a faulty pipe connection in the bathroom above. I was impressed by how quickly he identified the problem and how clearly he explained everything without overwhelming me. He repaired the pipe, tested the water pressure, and confirmed that the leak was fully resolved. I’ve used Zara plumbing to perform all of the plumbing roughing and finish work on my projects (I’m a residential GC). I’ve worked with many plumbers in my time and Zara is truly top notch. They are punctual, they get back to you quickly (which is a rarity in the trades) and the work is done to perfection. The staff come in exactly on time, wearing Zara branded uniforms, they communicate clearly what they’re doing, work cleanly, and explain next steps. I wish all contractors worked like them.
