Not worth it – overpriced, bureaucratic, and ultimately useless

I purchased Virtual Office + Registered Address from Your City Office on May 5 for $180 total – which included a £50 setup fee and VAT, even though I’m in New York and have never operated in the UK.

Before paying, I asked clearly whether I could use their address for DBA registration in the US. They said yes and promised a confirmation letter. I expected a quick setup (as with other virtual offices), but it turned into a bureaucratic nightmare:
– photo ID, passport
– extra documents
– wet-signed notarized form sent by mail
– multiple emails with 2–3 day delays each...read full review
