So far so good. My quip for many Cleaners, not just this one, are the charges for "household items". How is it justifiable to charge $35 per sheet and $10 per pillow case? That's $100 to clean my sheets weekly. How is that reasonable? Are flat sheets more difficult to wash than my shirts? I can easily buy a new sheet set for $20. I guess I'll be taking the sheets elsewhere (or buying new ones).

This has been my go to dry cleaners/drop off laundry spot for almost a year. After moving to the Upper Eastside I was looking for a spot that was 1) close to my apartment 2) wouldn't break the bank 3) friendly customer service. This spot checks all the boxes. Honestly, I'm not sure how this spot compares to others in regard to pricing, but I haven't felt the need to shop around. As soon as I walk in they know my name, address, and are quick to hand me my ticket. Now that's what I call stellar customer service! My laundry is ALWAYS ready within 24hrs. I've had dress shirts dry cleaned and jeans hemmed here. My experience is always 5 star treatment! If you're in the area, give the place a chance!

The sweetest lady owns this place. I've only had them pick up and drop off wash and fold but it was able to be ready same day. And when you call to have it picked up they can come within the hour. Couldn't find my laundry bag and they let me give it to them in duffles and returned it packed nicely in those duffles. Normal pricing for wash and fold and free delivery, just tipped a few $ for the man who walked it over
