I can’t say enough good things about this hidden gem. I have been practicing yoga for some time and have found the quality of the instructors here the best in the city. Each one is different so you feel true variety in your workout and practice. I found this studio using class pass, haven’t looked back and everyone I have recommended loves it too. I travel to Bali once a year and go to yoga there, somehow I feel transported back to the calm of Bali when I go. The added bonus is there are spa treatments there as well.
Alyssa is an amazing yoga instructor! Her morning classes make my whole day. She always comes up with interesting flows and listens to what you want to personally work on. 10/10 ??♀️
This is my to go place for yoga when I am visiting the city. It is very clean, serene, and has a spa on the premiss. Since I have the unlimited monthly pass, I have so far met a few instructors; They are all very knowledgeable and great. I also like the online promotions with all the options for membership and the prices.
