Skip the chair massage and just do the reflexology because it's wonderfully relaxing and your whole body will feel different. The chair massage isn't enough to do any good and will actually undo the benefits of the reflexology.
I am local and this is one of my go-to places. Get the 'A' - 20 mins chair massage for back and shoulders plus 40 mins foot massage. Cost is $39 and tip at least $15. Cash preferred but they do take a card/apple pay but tip must be in cash so plan accordingly.
They found parts in my feet that i didn’t even know existed. Be warned, maybe i’m a softie but parts of it were nearly unbearable… however, afterwards, i felt like i had brand new feet, feeling so so relaxed and refreshed. So the results do speak for themselves!
