He takes all my feedback on board and works with me to provide me the best solution for me. I have no doubt that he is making every effort to go above and beyond to ensure I'm happy with my contact lens prescriptions.
To clarify how much I trust him, I moved to Lisbon Portugal 3 years ago and haven't found the same level of care. On my most recent visit back in NYC, I made an appointment, paid for everything myself and am so happy I did because now I can see near, mid and far.
