After posting a terrible review of this company I am changing it as management reached out and rectified the situation. In the future I will be sure to ask for an estimate and clarity on the billing structure. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Outstanding service!!! They should be used, in my opinion. Quick, effective service, reasonable pricing, and no ripoffs. They replaced the mechanism on a bedroom window that I had that would not lock. Before starting the work, the fitter gave a thorough explanation of what he would do and the associated cost. I wouldn't think twice about using them again.

This guy was my installer and he was fantastic. He showed up on time and performed the work perfectly. The install went smoothly and both locks were precisely installed. He cleaned up and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend the company.
