VMV Hypoallergenics - US Sales Office

In the past two months I have completed 3 orders. Each product arrived expired. The first two times, it was eventually corrected. This last time the product expired almost a year ago. The bottle says it has a 12 month shelf life printed on it and was made in June 2018, yet customer service after ignoring me for two weeks finally responded claiming it's good for 3 years and refuse to replace them. Their own bottle has it printed on it saying otherwise. These products are too expensive to arrive expired with false claims of the shelf life being longer than it is. As a loyal customer of many years, I have truly been disappointed with the length of time it takes customer service to respond, if they respond at all and how they are now refusing to correct the issue. It's funny because when I reached out about the other expired products, I received an apology and a replacement, not an excuse. This is ridiculous and I'm taking my business elsewhere.
