Fermin is my go-to for all bodywork, from therapeutic to stress relief. He is extremely skilled at treating athletic injuries/wear and tear, and can also provide a more general R&R session/massage tuneup if that's what you're after. He's super friendly and accommodating of busy schedules and last minute requests whenever possible. And the space is warm and welcoming. Working out with Fermin remotely has been awesome. He set up easy to follow workouts with the equipment I had at home, helped me fix my deadlift technique, and introduced me to new exercises like KB swings, cleans, and mace 360s. I'd highly recommend training with him.
