Our Wheaten puppy Quincy is a new patient of Dr. Lavine (and Clio) and our experience has been wonderful! On the initial phone call I made to inquire about his services, Dr. Lavine spent significant time talking with me and I did not feel rushed. It was easy to make an appointment, he and Clio arrived on time, and they were so caring in their approach with Quincy--he loved them! During the house call appointment, Dr. Lavine was very patient and thorough and I did not feel he was rushing. He answered questions I had about a variety of topics (which were not related to the primary reason for the house call). Dr. Lavine is very responsive with follow-up results and he is not eager to prescribe medications that may not be necessary. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Lavine and an ideal alternative to the stressful trip to a traditional vet office.
Can not say how wonderful it is to have Dr Jeff so close and able to come to us. Norman, is a Great Dane, and it’s very difficult to move him when he doesn’t want to move. Very thankful to Dr Jeff and his staff for making us a priority and For keeping Norman and Bandit healthy!
