Meghan D. has been so helpful in this process. We had a snafu with my set up of the Vestwell portal and she helped me correct the issue setting up the link to the financial institution correctly. Also, the service fees on the banking side were returned to my account, thanks to help and support from Meghan D. Thank you!!
Noah was extremely helpful when I wanted to pull some money out of my 401k. He answered all my questions I'm a very timely manner and made the whole process very easy for me. I don't know if I would have figured it out without him
While there were some issues with my account, I was treated with personal attention from really great folks, Brandon F., and before him Noah. I was provided updates regularly and consideration for my delayed distribution. I haven’t received quality customer service from well spoken people in a long time.
