LOVE LOVE THIS place! The Salon specifically. Nora has now done my highlights a few times. Her skills are amazing! Patient, friendly priced correctly and always going above and beyond to make her clients happy!
I came in hoping to find a few makeup items and an eye cream for an upcoming special event. Despite the store being crowded, Lauren at the Chanel counter listened to my needs, showed me different products and helped me find an amazing Chanel eyeliner (she even showed me how to use it), and Amanda helped me find the perfect glowy tinted moisturizer. Lauren and Amanda provided excellent customer service and made me feel so happy and confident in my purchase. Thank you ladies!
I went in looking for a specific product and was having trouble finding it so I asked a staff member, and she just vaguely pointed in a direction saying 'it's normally over that way' rather than showing me where the product was. She then went back to organizing the shelves as though that was more important than helping a customer.The one redeeming factor was later on whilst I was browsing, a different staff member kindly approached me to see if I needed any help (I think her name was Kay, they were by the Pat McGrath/Natasha Denona counter today). She was very friendly and kind without being pushy.Overall, the location on 34th Street is better.
