Had a great experience with the customer service here! I was greeted at the door and asked by two employees if i needed any assistance also shout out to the gentleman in the fragrance area. They were all so helpful and kind. I found almost everything I was looking for. This definitely will be the ulta I go to.
MOVE over Sephora. Recently went to the 86th street location. A rep that was handling some other items overheard me ask for Ouai. Stopped what he was doing and walked me to the section. Sephora can learn from them when it comes to customer service! Keep it up guys!
