I used uBreakiFix 3 times this year for the first time. GREAT convenient and SUPER helpful service.(there's a small bunch of locations throughout the 5 boroughs.)
I recommend calling ahead of time and verifying that they have the parts, the price and can fix your device(s).
Once the part(s), price and time are confirmed you can just head into a location and drop your phone off.
You will need to allow for about 10 to 20 minutes once you arrive because other customers may be dropping off their phones and need to be logged into the system and pay which takes about 5 to 10 minutes a customer.

I was skeptical at first bringing my son's PS5 (gamer anixety lol) because usually I send it to sony but I took a chance and they're amazing! Harrison was able to fix my son's Sony Playstation 5 within 1 day and took good care of it. He was professional and helped me out. Greatly appreciate it.
