We stumbled upon Touching Hearts after having had extremely negative experiences hiring nurse’s aides elsewhere. The individuals they sent to assist with our mother were skilled, kind and responsible. Where we had specific concerns we were always able to contact the agency at any time of day to confer with Starr or Sarah. I have no reservations in recommending Touching Hearts highly. Without any doubt should the need arise we would contact them again.
We have been using Touching Hearts for more than 2 years. They have been great about scheduling excellent caregivers. If our regular person will be out, they call with a replacement. And when we need extra coverage, they have also been very good about scheduling that.
Caregivers were competent and helpful. The plans are flexible and accommodate changes. When issues came up, the team went out of their way to resolve them. I appreciated the human and caring approach and time spent in communication.
