Horrible in every way possible. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I went in a few days ago. The young lady was extremely rushed. It was a very weird encounter. She was moving unnecessarily fast for no reason. It was not rush hour and not busy at all. She seemed annoyed when I asked her questions. Despite the rush, I liked the way that they came out. She did listen to what I wanted and the shape and polish were perfect. At the end of the service while drying my nails, she came over to give a back massage. When I started to ask about making an appointment, I looked at her reflection in the glass in front of us and she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth! I take it she didn't realize that I could see her. Flash forward to a week later, I noticed a black film on my nails. I did a bit of research, and it seems that the nail tech must have used the wrong type of top coat polish since it was regular polish instead of uv gel. I went back in to ask about it and she was VERY loud and rude, again for no reason. I wasn't ever rude or loud or obnoxious during either visit. She refused to take accountability and so I just left. I'm not argumentative in that way. It honestly is very unfortunate b/c despite the weirdness, I loved the way she did them. If there was a mistake made, just own it and fix it. She's very unprofessional and I can see the establishment losing a lot of customers b/c of that one tech.
Sns nails for 88$..shouldn't walk out with mistakes like this. Gooey on the sides or not painted on the sides and lumpy. Was yelled at when I asked to file them a bit pointer. 88$ in the trash. I'm so tired of this happening..seems like there is not one good nail tech on the UES who doesn't rush. 88$ is a huge deal for me, and tbese wee for a very special occasion. I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed and honestly it was t worth the rudeness. I'm really upset about the experience I had here, being made so uncomfortable that I couldn't even look to notice the awful job before I walked out.. I want my money back
This place has changed ownership since last time I came here, and the new technician here Ivy was great! She's very mannerful, funny, friendly, and did a really good job at matching the picture I showed her. The prices are also very reasonable, 10/10 would come here again
