I left 2 stars just because the team was always nice and pleasant to work with. But the level of professionalism is close to 0. I paid them a lot of money, spent a lot of money on my FB ads to get absolutely no results. No testing was done, no retargeting, no offer testing or any kind of strategy. They just sit back and collect monthly fee without any motivation to improve performance.

Poor experience with their SEO services. Been working with them for 2 or 3 months and the sales pitch sold me, but the work so far has been poor. They even admitted that their company has grown so large and fast that the quality of work and service has deteriorated. I've had much better experiences with small SEO companies and SEO individuals who were much more willing to help and customize whatever it is I wanted because they believed the customer is always right. Thrive does not.

Katie has been doing out PPC campaign for the past couple of weeks and the difference it's made is outstanding. The number of calls we get per week has almost doubled! Any time we call in to Thrive they are always available to answer the phones and are always very friendly. They have great communication skills, do excellent with follow up and know what they're doing. If you're considering hiring a marketing agency stop considering and do it!
