While the bouquet looks nice in the photo, I did not receive a delivery confirmation email as was mentioned during purchase. Upon calling, the staff told me “everything was delivered” without asking my name or order number, told me to wait for a thank you and said goodbye. As someone who is out of town with a very sick family member, this is disappointing.
Update: I received a call from Helena who kindly explained that the flowers could not be delivered to the area of the hospital requested and offered me options including a refund. Thank you Helena
