You go here because you know. The level of service is unparalleled, there is care and thought in each detail, the spa treatments speak for themselves, and the level of kind and sincere interactions equate to a further exhale in an otherwise chaotic city.

Come for facials with Tsering and massages with Missy, stay for the fabulous service provided by the entire front desk staff and locker room attendants. I started coming for monthly facials a decade ago and I’ve been exclusively seeing Tsering for over 5 years. I won’t let anyone else, at any spa in the world, touch my face. Come hell or high water, I’m on her table every three weeks for a facial. My sister, mother and niece are fellow loyalists. She has worked miracles on my niece’s angsty-college-student skin. As a local and the owner of a travel agency, I am very selective about the places I recommend, and I truly believe that Mandarin offers one of the finest spa experiences in New York City.
