We recently bought a condo and urgently needed black out shades! Since The Shade Store is around the corner from us on Park Avenue I decided to see what options they had and I am so glad I did! Not only Mary immediately provided options with various pricing levels but was able to send me an estimate same day to lock in the promotion pricing they were running in June. When I returned with my husband and the dimensions a week later she placed the order for us, rush shipped it and got someone to come to Hanover NH to install the shades so we could have our blinds on our first night at the condo after the move! Great experience with the Shades Store!! Ordering could not have been easier - our incredible salesperson, Elizabeth, walked us through the options - without any pressure - and before we left the store - we had a measurement appointment scheduled. And within a few weeks, we had our shades installed by a trained professional. We could not be happier with the finished product!
