Phenomenal collection of representative works of Polish Masters. I do wish the lighting and spaces were improved for the visitor experience- but it’s hard to complain when the pairings are extraordinary and access is free.
The stately, re-purposed Van Allen mansion on 65 th St Joe's amagnificent collection of fine art by some significant Polish painters e.g. Kossak and Matejko, plus modern artists with cutting edge techniques. A lecture hall serves for hosting educational events. Antiques and historical architectural fittings provide an inspiring setting for one-time tourist browsing and recurring cultural enrichment activities.
