I appreciate having met Monica Ford. I actually switched to her although I was initially there being treated by another Dr.-but, the way she handled me while working with the other individual-is what stood out and made me switch to have my appointments with her-permanently. She’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and recommends products-in addition to the treatment itself & aside from the prescriptions.
Just an amazing appointment. They did everything I needed, immediately. Dr. Gary made me feel right at home. I appreciated the interaction he had with his PA & co-worker. No mansplaining -- unusual for a doctor. Thanks.
Everyone was friendly, eager to answer all of my (many annoying questions) and they provided me with several samples of the medications that they prescribed, which will most definitely help my budget, however the link they sent me to get my medication at the pharmacy was not uploading properly, so I have to call them and have them so they can fix that ASAP…which is no big deal.
