An overpriced hotel for the quality of service.
Pros:
Very comfortable mattress & plush bedding.
Nice views.
Spacious suite.
A good sized kitchenette in the suite.
Cons:
Jacked up the valet parking rates from $60/day, at the time of booking, to $85/day, at the time of check-in.
The rooms were not clean (dust all over the windows and baseboards - food crumbs, dirt, just overall nastiness under the sofa).
Only one bath towel, one hand towel, one washcloth, 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, and 1/2 box of tissues were in the room when *we* checked in. Had... read full review
One bedroom king suite. Lovely accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Staff polite, friendly and attentive. The shower-head bar was loose when we arrived, but house-keeping must have had it taken care of, it as it was repaired without us having to report it. A really pleasant experience. Would highly recommended this property.
I originally left a review based on a very negative check-in experience — and after being contacted by the hotel’s management, I want to update this post to reflect that a gesture was made to acknowledge the situation. While we appreciated the eventual apology, the fact remains: what happened at the front desk was unacceptable.
After nearly 30 hours of travel, I arrived completely exhausted, only to be refused check-in due to a reservation technicality (booked under my partner’s name).
