Wow. What an experience at Tenoverten. First of all, I've been here twice, once for a pedicure and once for a manicure, and both times the ambience of this salon has made me so comfortable and cozy that I could fall asleep. I love the lighting and I especially love the fact that they offer you hot water/tea/rosé. My pedicure was super relaxing. Four of us went for pedicures together, and we all got to sit next to each other on a comfortable bench. I loved that they have stone baths rather than the jet tubs. It's been three weeks now and my nails still haven't chipped (I used Essie gel couture polish). I went most recently for a gel removal/classic manicure, and I really appreciate the time that my technician Clara took in order to ensure my nails were filed to the shape I wanted them to be. They are also pretty gentle with gel removal ($12) compared to other places I've been. I had a bit of a mishap with my coat here--since they don't give out tags to claim your coat, someone else had taken my coat by mistake (which had my wallet, keys, and headphones). The lady at the front tracked down who had my coat and went to go swap it--very grateful she did that, although for peace of mind, it does sound like some kind of tag systrwould help keep track of whether someone is taking the correct coat!

Love this place - the atmosphere is so peaceful and lovely, and the last regular, non-gel manicure that I got here lasted 2 weeks (no chipping, and I'm pretty rough on my nails!). Can't recommend enough!

I love their color selection. I've been going for cooler colors this season and I'm so in love with the matte finish of my nail polish. I chipped the polish off two of my nails within 15 minutes of getting it done because I am the clutz that I am and they so kindly redid my nails. So happy!
